Library Foundation

The New Providence Memorial Library would like to establish a Foundation to serve as a 501(c)3 nonprofit fundraising organization with a mission to raise capital funds toward a future library renovation and expansion.

We are actively seeking volunteers from the community with an interest in serving on our Foundation Board to help us legally establish this entity, secure grants, endowments and corporate sponsorships, and maintain its fiscal health.

• Legal Expertise – foundation establishment
• Legal Expertise – securing endowments
• Money Management – financial investing
• Grant Writing – applying and securing grants
• Fundraising – corporate sponsorship
• Fundraising – event planning
