Online, self-guided workshops that teach essential computer skills (Internet, email, Windows, Mac) and essential software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs) as well as technology for daily life. Official Northstar certifications are available if you pass an online exam proctored by the reference librarian at the end of a course.
